When someone chooses The Avid Organiser, they choose to work with someone they know and trust, and someone who will care about their business as much as they do. I share in their journey and celebrate with them over their milestones and victories.
I understand that it’s often challenging to allow someone else into a business you have poured your heart and soul into. So, I don’t take it lightly that my clients allow me to be a part of their journey.
Firstly, I do this by providing encouragement, guidance, and empathy in the form of a ‘can-do’ attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Then, I assist my clients with their immediate administrative needs, but at the same time I give them confidence to develop new strategies that will help them have a better experience with their own administration in the future.
From a practical perspective, I also provide support to businesses who have needs that fall between existing business professions. For example, a client might not know how to set up an email signature. They don’t really need an IT technician, they just need someone who is a little savvy, and has a lot of computer experience.
