The urgent gets our immediate attention whilst the important things just have to wait. Pretty soon, we don’t know how to get things back under control.

That’s where The Avid Organiser can help you. There’s nothing I love more than to help my clients declutter and organise their business world.

Functional Organisation

I understand that every business is different. In fact, every business owner is different – you don’t necessarily think the same way another person does. So, in short, there is no one-size-fits-all solution for every business. That’s why it’s so important for me to meet with you! There is enormous benefit in me finding out how your business operates, how you think, and what has and hasn’t worked in the past.

Documented policies and procedures are a great resource for your business. They clearly state your values and your stance on important issues; they also bring consistency to your business operations. I can help you work out what your processes are and get them out of your head and down on paper.

PowerPoint presentations are a wonderful way to convey your message and reflect your brand. You can provide me with the content, or simply give me resources and a brief and I’ll do it for you.

I love being involved in the procurement process and working with project managers. I can help you procure services or products you need by working with you to generate RFQ (Request For Quotation) documents, review incoming tenders, compile recommendations and subcontracts.
I can also help you put together quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

I am a real nerd about Excel spreadsheets. Just quietly, I think Excel is the best program that Microsoft ever created. If you need help to set up a spreadsheet for a project, pick me!

If you need an EA on a casual basis, I can…

  • write business correspondence on your behalf,
  • schedule appointments,
  • liaise with your clients and customers,
  • clean-up your emails,

I don’t ‘do’ social media for my clients because it’s not something I’m passionate about. BUT…I can help you create some imagery to share on your social media accounts.
